How to Master Blending in Grade 1

Learning to blend is not a one-day job. Make sure that the first-time learner can sound each alphabet with confidence.

Start the blending lesson with some simple 2-3 letter alphabets. At this point, you can choose the words from your child's mini world. Let them point towards the objects and repeat the word along with you.

The key to attain success in blending lessons is to go through several examples. Try to say and sound each word and sound slowly and loudly with your little one.
